OSRAM as one of leaders in a LED technology comes with next improvements in
this segment. Advanced Power TOPLED Plus are mid-power white LEDs in a PLCC-4
package only 2.25 mm high, with a high light output at minimal power
consumption, typically 19 lm at 100 mA. They have a very wide and extremely
homogenous radiation pattern, making them ideal for uniform backlighting of
displays (LCDs) and other diffused surfaces, using a minimum number of LEDs
necessary. Spectral characteristics is on a top level with a more than 125 % of
NTSC color gamut for RGB backlighting, thus a very high color fidelity of
backlighted or iluminated surfaces is preserved. Newly developed clear silicone
lens utilizes almost 100 % of the light.
