Farnell receives Panasonic Distributor of the Year award for second year running Farnell has been awarded the Panasonic Distributor of the Year Award
for the second year in succession. The award, presented to Mike Buffham,
Director of Product. Asset & Supplier Management, Farnell Europe, by Ken Steel,
Panasonic's European Sales Director, recognized Farnell's success in growing
customer numbers in targeted focus countries, and increasing sales of
Panasonic's component and battery ranges across Europe.Farnell stocks
over 10,000 product lines from Panasonic's extensive offering including passive
components, switches and relays and circuit protection components, as well as a
wide range of batteries. In making the award, Panasonic also praised Farnell's
new product introduction (NPI) process and best in class commercial and
technical support. “This is incredible news for the team and an honour to win
this prestigious award for the second year running,” commented Mike Buffham.
“Not only is this a fantastic accolade, but also serves to remind us of the
great opportunity Panasonic offers Farnell as we drive sales and customer
acquisition activities even harder into key customer segments across Europe.”
