Nexperia launches P-channel MOSFETs in robust, space-saving LFPAK56 package
Nexperia, the expert in essential semiconductors, has launched industry’s first family of P-channel MOSFETs in the robust, space-saving LFPAK56 (Power-SO8) package. AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications, the new devices are an ideal replacement for DPAK MOSFETs, offering a reduction in footprint of over 50% whilst maintaining high performance levels. The new products are available in 30 V – 60 V, with RDS(on) down to 10 mΩ (30 V)
Ultra-tiny MOSFETs from Nexperia are 36% smaller with lowest RDS(on)
Nexperia has launched a range of MOSFETs in the ultra-small DFN0606 package for mobile and portable applications including wearables. The devices also offer the lowest RDS(on) for their size and employ the commonly used pitch of 0.35 mm to simplify PCB assembly processes.

Nexperia launches high-efficiency GaN FET with industry-leading performance
Nexperia announced its entry into the gallium nitride (GaN) FET market with the introduction of the 650 volt GAN063-650WSA, a very robust device with a gate-source voltage (VGS) of +/- 20 V and a temperature range of -55 to +175 °C. The GAN063-650WSA features a low RDS(on) - down to 60 mΩ - and fast switching to offer very high efficiency.

Nexperia, the expert in discrete and MOSFET components and analog & logic ICs, today announced new high quality, high reliability automotive (AEC-Q101-qualified) and consumer/industrial-qualified MJD 3 A and 8 A power bipolar transistors. The product family includes eight parts in both 80 V and 100 V NPN and PNP versions.
Nexperia first to market with 175°C diodes and transistors in SOT23 package
Nexperia announced that key parts from its SOT23-packaged family of high-performance, general-purpose transistors and switching diodes are now fully-specified for operation up to 175°C degrees. Included in the range are industry-favourite high-speed switching diodes BAS16/21 and BC807/817 general purpose transistors.

New 8 x 8 mm addition to Nexperia’s LFPAK MOSFET family delivers up to 48x power density
Nexperia announced a new package in its MOSFET and LFPAK family which, when combined with its latest silicon technology, results in 40 V MOSFETs delivering a low RDS(on) of 0.7 mΩ. LFPAK88 devices replace larger power packages such as D²PAK and D²PAK-7, and measuring 8 x 8 mm offer a footprint reduction of 60 %, and a 64 % lower profile.
New automotive qualified constant current LED drivers from Nexperia deliver 250 mA output current
Nexperia extended its constant current LED driver family with eight new AEC-Q101 qualified devices to drive low- and medium-power LEDs up to 250mA. The 16 V NCR32xx and 40 V NCR42xx series are available in two package styles, the space-saving SOT457 (SC-74) and the SOT223 (SC-73), a slightly-larger option which delivers a higher-power capability of up to 1250 mW.
