Nexperia introduced a portfolio of low RDS(on) 40 V AEC-Q101 MOSFETs targeting space-constricted, increased-power modules in demanding powertrain applications. Housed in the miniature, LFPAK33 package which has a footprint of only 10.9 mm² and a pitch of just 0.65 mm, devices use Nexperia’s Trench 9 technology.

DDR is a series of DC/DC power supply units for DIN-rail mounting. Their characteristic feature is a particularly slim enclosure profile, which minimizes space occupied in a control cabinet. Furthermore, the new power supply units from MEAN WELL are protected against overload, overvoltage, short circuit, reverse polarity, and insufficient input voltage. An important feature of the DDR series is the reinforced I/O insulation of 4kV.

Flat TKD cables are used as control and power cables in movable gantry cranes, lifts, elevators and other transporting devices. They are covered with black PVC insulation and have parallel cores. TKD cables with the cross-section of up to 1 mm2 are compliant with the H05VVH6-F norm, whereas those with the cross-section of 1,5 mm2 - with the H07VVH6-F norm. In the cables with 5 or fewer cores, the cores have different colours.
